Accessible to the public only during operating hours of the businesses residing here.
The house situated in the lower part of the square below the old town hall was to give way to the new town hall. Fortunately, it has been spared and its guest room played a crucial role in the history of the town of Cheb as the venue where the pragmatic sanction was signed by the Cheb estates on 23 July 1721.
