Müller House
Today, the Cheb Museum may be found in the building.
The house is named after the Müller family, which purchased it along with a pharmacy on the ground floor in 1653. The pharmacy was in business for almost a century. In 1706, the family acquired a smaller rear house facing Kostelní Square, to which they another floor was added so that its height would be levelled with the frontal house in the square. Both houses were subsequently merged to form a single corner building in Kostelní Street in 1742. The house received its Neo-Gothic facade in the 19th century. After being acquired by the town in 1905, it was converted into an office building for the town authorities and it obtained its present-day appearance. In 1956, the rear wing was connected with the adjoining building and the house became a part of the town museum.
